I offer private Kripalu yoga instruction, using vinyasa flows with a therapeutic focus on building functional strength and flexibility. Modifications are made in tempo, drishdi (gazepoint), binds, and/or transitions for balancing your Ayurvedic constitution (dosha). Includes detailed step-by-step pranayam (breath work), Marma Point stimulation, and the use of bandhas (locks) for more experienced students. With years of experience in orthopedics and as a competitive athlete, I place a strong emphasis on proper alignment and injury prevention by providing yoga props, gentle hands-on adjustments and demonstration.
