Private Yoga Therapy Zoom Session

A 1:1 Web-conference session via Zoom, providing Kripalu yoga instruction using vinyasa flows  and emphasizing a focus on dosha balancing, building functional strength and flexibility, and improving proprioception (awareness of body within space).  May include detailed step-by-step pranayam (breath work) and the use of bandhas (locks) for more experienced students. You will receive a separate email will the Zoom link/invitation to your session.
