Chronic conditions take time.  In natural healing, so do the remedies.   


And because Ayurveda is a discipline, it takes time to practice and get right.  It can take 6, 9, or even 12+ months of compliancy for students to see improvement in these chronic conditions.  So a year-long membership allows you to repeat the 10-week CMSB cycle two more times. Giving you the room and repetition for information to wash over you...and giving Kris a chance to guide you through the seasons.
