~$250 | No CEUs

Beyond the Massage Table introduces Quivas Method™ marma point integration to allied health professionals — physical therapists, nurse practitioners, physicians, yoga teachers, Ayurvedic Health Counselors, and acupuncturists — who want to bring targeted pain-relief techniques into their existing scope of practice without a massage table, oils, or draping. This 2-hour hands-on workshop covers marma point location, palpation, and sequencing for common pain presentations, drawing on the ancillary and subtle-body tools introduced in *Ayurvedic Massage: Abhyanga for Chronic Pain and Other Conditions* — clinically relevant, low-equipment techniques you can integrate immediately.

2-Day Live, Hands-on Training | Colorado Springs, CO

Cohort Forming — Join the Waitlist

$425 | 14 CEUs

Abhyanga Level 1 is a two-day, hands-on intensive that builds directly on the prerequisite "Ayurvedic Foundations for Modern Massage Therapists." This course focuses on full-sequence skill development, embodied practice, and svedana safety for a 90-minute, single-therapist session. A brief review of foundational concepts is included for continuity, but no redundant theory blocks are taught. Here, you learn a provisional basic sequence to satisfy all three doshas. Abhyanga is a full-body detox and rejuvenation massage using warmed herbal oils specific to the client's constitution or imbalances. It is the hallmark of Ayurvedic massage. Svedana is a form of heat/fomentation therapy done to conclude an abhyanga for an added detoxifying effect and deeper penetration of botanical formulas through the skin. Discover different types of svedana used in classical Ayurveda treatments along with the benefits and contraindications. A steam sauna outfitted for a massage table is taught.`

Ayurveda Foundations for Massage Therapists

On-Demand, Pre-recorded Webinar | Online

$90 | No CEUs

Many massage therapists learn Ayurvedic technique without ever learning why it works — a common gap, especially for training received in spa settings. This course closes that gap: a clinically-grounded introduction to Ayurveda through anatomy, physiology, and clinical reasoning, so you can integrate it into your existing practice without diluting your scope or the tradition itself. You'll learn the physiological meaning of the doshas beyond personality typing, how imbalance shows up in tissue and pain patterns, and how to think Ayurvedically within a modern massage session — the required clinical foundation for Abhyanga Levels 1 & 2 (equivalent Ayurveda training from a 200hr yoga teacher training does not satisfy this prerequisite).

Effective for stilling the mind, soothing the nervous system, and balancing moods and sleep patterns. Champi is a vigorous scalp massage aiding in glymphatic drainage around the brain, and activating several energy points (marma) on the head for improving focus and concentration.`
