Welcome to Rasayana [Rah-sah-yana] - where I teach empowering strategies for natural pain relief, body mobility, injury recovery and radiant longevity. I use an integrative approach with the ancient systems of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Massage, with my orthopedics & competitive sports background.

A simple 21-day Ayurvedic cleanse for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Kick-start or reignite a personal Ayurveda practice for gut health or chronic inflammation. It's an introductory course to get your body, mood, and mind back to baseline in preparation for deeper spiritual study, seasonal allergies, or recovery from injury/surgery.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

I am a continuing education provider with the National Ayurvedic Medical Association and National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork.  Train with me and become certified in traditional Ayurvedic detox and rejuvenation therapies. Learn how to make custom botanical formulas for inflammation and tissue repair,  how to adapt technique for doshic imbalances, and safely manipulate pranic flow for self-healing.
