Releases: Nov. 19, 2026 🎊

This groundbreaking book ushers the science of classic Ayurvedic theory into an innovative and modern context. It bridges traditional Abhyanga with contemporary soft tissue therapy grounded in Ayurvedic principles to restore vitality and longevity through pain relief.

A defining feature of this work is the integration of Marma Chikitsa — the ancient system of Indian energy points — with hands-on myofascial techniques, creating a uniquely comprehensive clinical framework unavailable in any existing manual therapy text.

Conditions such as fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, chronic pain from injuries, and headaches are all addressed within the framework of a tissue therapy system, with reference to Doshic subtypes. It offers clinical applications that recognize the body as a holistic and intricate set of networks that should be engaged with fully to maximize natural soft tissue repair and regeneration.

This book is split into four parts: tradition, tissues, techniques, and thailums (formulas), and is intended for experienced massage therapists and bodyworkers who are looking to expand their healing capabilities. It is supplemented with online demonstration videos showcasing a variety of techniques.

The first text of its kind to integrate Marma Chikitsa (Ayurvedic energy point therapy) with hands-on myofascial techniques, bridging traditional Indian medicine and modern manual therapy in a clinical context.
