What's Cooking Good Looking?

Are you bored with making the same old meals, eating take-out, or cooking solo?  Cook alongside Kris each week and prepare simple, healthy happy-hour meals.  Whip up a new recipe each week based on the season and types of symptoms commonly experienced at that  time of year.  Support your body's tissues and a good sleep hygiene by learning how to eat early, light dinners without skimping on flavor. Ingredient & shopping list is sent to registrants 2 days before the event. Replays & Full Recipes are sent the day after webinar airs live.

Ayurveda & The Mind: Practices for Mental Clarity

 Get an intro to Ayurvedic psychology with an emphasis on self-care for each of the Maha Gunas: Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas. Learn simple strategies recommended by the ancient Vedas for supporting your mental health naturally.  The hour will conclude with 20-min. of guided  breath work (pranayama), aromatherapy and self-massage of specific energy points (marma) to enhance mental clarity and concentration.

Correct dysfunctional posture patterns, improve your range of motion, and release painful trigger points in muscles that lead to chronic strain and degeneration of the joints.  You'll be guided thru a full body sequence using gentle movement coordinated with breath work, and foam/ball rolling for self massage & myofascial release. Modifications suggested throughout. Appropriate for beginners. Bring your own roller or two tennis balls tied off in a tube sock.  Some of Kris' favorite self-care tools can be ordered here.

Cheyenne Nat'l Park to celebrate the arrival of Spring.  Soothe frayed nerves, nourish strained eyes, and renew yourself  thru the ancient art of forest bathing after a year in a global pandemic. Undo the unhealthy modern conditioning that keeps your nerves (and immunity) frayed or shot.
