Ayurvedic Guide for Joint Health | Tuesday 11am-12pm

A monthly workshop: 4/25, 5/23, 6/20, 7/11, 8/22.
Cambio Yoga Pikes Peak & Livestream
In Ayurveda, the bones and joints are considered a site of vata in the body—meaning that they have a general affinity for vata, and are particularly prone to vata imbalances. But the joints also share an important connection with the nervous tissue (majja dhatu), and the nervous system as a whole.
In this workshop, students will understand joint health in a broader context of self-healing with Ayurveda. Understand the (2) places where joint health goes awry, what preventative measures slow down joint degeneration and the need for invasive surgery, and how bone tissue's relationship with our nervous system, is what enables us to play longer.
If you want to stand taller, heal faster, and move with mastery for decades to come, this workshop is for you.
